Upon registering for this service, you have the opportunity to complete a comprehensive medical history and symptom profile regarding your experience of fibromyalgia.
The answers you provide will enable us to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific medical profile. You can use this treatment plan in consultation with your personal healthcare provider for the treatment of your fibromyalgia. All of the treatment recommendations we will offer have been developed in consultation with Patrick B. Wood, MD, a leading authority on the cause and treatment of fibromyalgia and reflect the strategies that he has used successfully in his own fibromyalgia specialty clinic.
Upon completion of our questionnaire, the Personal Treatment Plan will instantly provide you with a comprehensive report that you may print out and take to your healthcare provider. You and your healthcare provider may then use the plan to assist in the effective treatment of your pain and other symptoms. You will be provided with recommendations that may be prescribed by your personal physician under his guidance and care. You will also be provided with recommendations that are generally available at your local health food and drug stores. We strongly recommend that all treatment suggestions are followed under the supervision and advice of your own personal healthcare provider.
